VJ Inspection Systems has the most comprehensive in-house x-ray inspection services portfolio in North America. Together with our fleet of trailer-based x-ray systems and Level lII NDT certified personnel, we provide cost-effective non-destructive testing services for all types of applications, including x-ray Inspection services for aerospace components, automotive castings and components, food products, pressure vessels, electrical components, and medical packages. Components can be evaluated for metal fatigue, porosity, and cracks from manufacturing processes or operating conditions. Parts can be evaluated at either our lab facilities or at your site. For extremely dense materials, our High-Energy Lab can also provide a cost-effective solution for your application.
We take responsibility for equipment performance, systems operation, oversight of all x-ray inspection activities, image archival, and documentation of results. With this strategy, the customer avoids the cost of purchasing capital equipment, plus the time and expense to train operators or install equipment. Our Bohemia, New York facilities include 4 fully-equipped state-of-the-art inspection and development laboratories.Our East Haven, Ct. facility can handle all large/high density objects.
