VI3 Imaging Software

VJT’s proprietary VI-3 image analysis software automatically detects and evaluates defects based on user-defined inspection criteria, increasing probability of detection (POD), uptime and productivity specifications. This advanced x-ray imaging software is compatible with our system components, linear diode array and amorphous silicon arrays, and image intensifiers. The software is also network compatible.

VJT’s proprietary VI-3 imaging software is a highly-customizable modular interface to adapt to custom X-ray inspection solutions. VI-3 provides a common platform to enable control of every aspect of the inspection, from motion control to image acquisition and archival. Sophisticated image processing routines, such as ADE filter, are provided to aid in the inspection process.  The software also maintains an open architecture while exposing numerous interfaces to a wide range of external devices such as PLCs, database servers, etc. DICONDE compatibility enables VI-3 to be deployed at an enterprise level over multiple data-collection and review stations.

Programmable views for the images that record all functions and cycle through them at the user’s request.
