Position will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the Western Sales Region, as well as the region’s tactical operations and achievement of the bookings plan. The position will report to the Director of Global Sales and Marketing.
The position will ideally be located in the immediate San Jose, CA area.
The Region will have both territorial and strategic accounts. Territorial accounts are covered by independent representative firms managed by the Regional Manager. Strategic accounts will be largely covered directly by the Regional Manager.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Achievement of the annual booking plan on a quarterly basis
Development and execution of a strategic regional growth plan
Management and support of the regions representative channel
Management and support of the regions strategic accounts
Maintaining a real time sales forecast per the requirements of the company
Development and maintenance of the sale funnel
Development and quotation of application solutions for our customers
