Title: Imaging Field Service Engineer

to : Technical Services Manager

Job Description:
- Provide on-site and remote customer support
as required.
- Troubleshoot and maintain x-ray inspection
systems.
- Train customers in the operation and maintenance
of x-ray systems.
- Provide application sales and field support
- This is a field position (based out of home
or office if local), with extensive travel (up to 60% domestic
or international).
Essential Skills:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of comparable field service
experience.
- Strong electromechanical mechanical background
with established problem solving abilities.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience working
with computer hardware
- Must be authorized to work for any employer
in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and a clean, valid
drivers license is required.
- Must pass personal background check and/or
clearance as required by Customers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
without close supervision.
- Strong electromechanical mechanical background
with established problem solving abilities.
- Ability to learn and understand new hardware
and software technologies.
- Established verbal and written communication
skills.
Non-Essential Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Project,
Excel & PowerPoint
- X-Ray and/or imaging experience a plus
